Advertising item that they said was in stock but is not. Have contacted several times for refund on live chat and emails and it has been five months now with no refund

This web site sells products as seen on TV. Hoping that after reading this that no one uses this site as it is a rip off site. On 8/17/1010 I ordered a 9 Minute Vacuum Food Marinator as seen on TV. The price was listed as $78.95 plus $35.56 shipping. Ad said item was in stock. After a couple of weeks I checked with the chat lady by the name of Vivian. She said the item was no longer carried and my money woud be refunded. I have been checking every month and get the same answer your money will be refunded. Last when checking on the refund when I got the chat lady on line her answer was it's you again. I see now that the same product is being advertised for $43.74 and that the item is in stock. Last month I asked Vivian about it and she said the item was not in stock. Now when I connect with the chat lady and she fines out who it is she will no longer reply. I hope no one else orders from this site as it looks like a rip off site.
