Three months ago Jerri Page called me and asked me did I need a loan modification. She took some numbers from me and a day later Eddie Serrano called me and said I was approved for the HAMP program and I told him I was behind and he said don't worry Bank of America will not foreclose on me. Well Bank of America did and now I'm in foreclosure and I have paid them over $2500 and Eddie Serrano will not call me back and nobody is returning my calls. I call Sarah everyday and she does not return my calls. I have wasted my money and my time with this company. Please beware of these type of companies
