CPA and Legal Network Disappeared!

In March of I signed on to pay $3,000 to the McAdden Group for loan modification services. Throughout the months of March, April and May, I was assured that everything would be OK and told to not make contact with the bank.in late May, I was to receive a Fedex package from Bank of America regarding my modification. The paper work never came to me. The McAdden Group's negotiator said they tried three times between the months of June and July, but Bank of America said that they only shipped it once, which was the last week of May. On July 22nd, I received a Fedex package from Bank of America stating that due to not receiving the proper paper work, they were closing my review and placing my home into foreclosure. The McAdden Group's negotiator then offered me a refund and proceeded to go on maternity leave. At this point, I cannot get in touch with the company, Joseph Baker or the negotiator on my file. I have not gotten the refund. I am now left with a home in foreclosure and $3,000 short due to someone's error.

I am not writing this letter as someone that did not get what they want. I'm writing because my email history and my Bank of America file show the miscommunication between myself, the McAdden Group, and Bank of America. I only wish the company would have done what it needed to do to keep their word. Everything said in this report is fact and can be proven.
