Parks at Arlington Mall Santa
Harassment by Mall Santa Staff

Mall Santa – I took my children to take pictures with Santa at the Parks Mall and was being assisted by a lady called Stephanie. One of my children began to cry as soon as her picture was being taken and so the outcome was not desirable. I calmed her down and asked Stephanie if we could try another shot but she responded “I do not have time for this! You need to walk around with her and come back another time when she is calm.” I was offended and asked her to be patient for the baby was only 8months. This must hav been the wrong thing to say as she got angry and told me that I would have to take the pictures like that or leave becuase the baby would just keep on crying. I was really angry at this time and told her that I expect her to be patient and polite especially since she is dealing with children. She then refused to take any other pictures and told me that they cannot service me any longer. She was really rude and refused to give me any information on where I can follow up the matter. I finally had to get information from mall security. Please watch out for this lady. I do not know how many people she has treated this way but Parks management should definitely look into this matter. I am contacting mall management tommorrow and I hope actions would be taken as I would escalate if I have to.
