Con Artists/Blackmailers

I felt like I was being blackmailed by a group of con artists!

Called for air conditioner problem (they installed 2 1/2 yrs ago). I thought maybe the warrenty was still intact (apparently not). Sent a salesman (he called himself "Technician") who was determined to sell me a service contract even when I told him I previously had a contract and was not satisfied with it. Apparently He diagnosed problem (maybe, don't trust them) and gave me a price. He then proceeded to tell me it could be fixed for around $125 cheaper if I would sign a contract again. Against my better judgment, I signed another contract. About 5 - 10 minutes later he informed me he made a mistake and now it would could cost $225 more than the quoted price and they would send someone later that day to fix it. I got my check back and will find a reputable company to fix my air conditioner. Have had bad service with this company before was stupid enough to give them another chance... Shame on me!
