This is BY FAR the WORST experience I have ever had in my entire adult life. I have placed two orders with this company. One was accepted and then a week later I'm told that I'm not to be receiving my item because the vendor is out of stock. Really? Then why have it on the site to begin with and why charge my card unless you were sure? Placed a second order for a similar item except obviously it was more expensive. Received confirmation that my item was on its way to BTR to be shipped to me, then SIX days before Christmas I'm told that it will not arrive for Christmas and I'm to receive a refund. Call customer service and am told again that the vendor was out of this item EVEN THOUGH I HAVE AN EMAIL TO THE CONTRARY. The business practices of this site are appalling. I encourage anyone who is thinking about making purchases from BTR to search elsewhere and if you have had good experiences I'm happy for you. But for me, something as simple as making sure customers items are in fact in stock and and on their way for shipment and the lack of these efforts shown by BTR are absolutely unacceptable.
