Shop @ Kohls.com! - Indianapolis Colts Leatherband Watch

On 12/21/09, I (for the first time) ordered throught Kohls' website. I had found an Indianapolis Colts watch, for our son (a Colts fan), who lives in another state. I found some other items, as well, to take advantage of the free shipping. On their website, it said that there was guaranteed shipping, by Dec. 24th. I had the impression that my items would be shipped together, but instead I received three separate tracking numbers. As of yesterday, I received all but the Colts watch. I called UPS this morning and they said she informed me to contact the shipper (Kohls). The lady at UPS said that they (Kohls) had only created the label, on 12/21/09. We were also told that Kohls, hadn't given UPS the package for it to be shipped. The lady @ Kohls said that the watch comes from a distributor (?), so therefore there is nothing that they can do about it! I told her that I didn't know this, and if I did, I would have never placed the order!!! She said that she will credit me back, but it can take up to 30 DAYS to credit my debit card! Now, Our son is coming in for Christmas and we are stuck on Christmas eve, without the gift! I will "NEVER" do business with Kohls.com ever again!!
