3 days late on the 30 day contract cancellation... Wouldn't budge

We have have experienced terrible support using the organization. We have been spending money on support going back year on the program that does not work. Then when our agreement was up I had been likely to stop my support. I called around per month in front of routine to determine what I had a need to do to stop. The woman advised me that I had been 3 times too late. I had a need to possess a notice written down declaring that I needed to stop thirty days in front of my agreement day. Who that??? I had been just 3 days late. Today I'm within the agreement for another year using the @#$% brains! If you are likely to stop be sure you understand the precise day and deliver a notice in in advance. I've previously submitted my notice to stop for next year!
