Refused to Cancel

Unique Apx client offered to SAI who stated agreement might end-on 6-23-09, since I have had horrible support plus they WOn't cancell aswell. After faxing my demand to cancell on 07-22-09, as directed with a Castle Rock consultant, Castle Rock delivered a notice declaring, the agreement immediately restored which would need to spend an overall total of $449.00 to cancell.

I called to obtain quality and got the runaround. The broker stated she noticed a notation within the program that my agreement may result in 2010. When the agreement claims a three years, just how can they stop after 12? I aske for further help and she explained she, didn't possess a supervisor and didn't understand the boss's title or handle.

I never needed the corporation and that I am currently displeased using the insufficient support so far.

I wasn't pleased with either organization.
