Efusal to cancel contract and automatic policy renewal without permission

We closed a contract with SAI Alarm devices nearly four years back and we were informed it had been a-one year agreement, later discovered it had been for three years plus they informed us our contract finished on May of 09 and also to contact next and we're able to stop anytime. I named in May of 09 to ultimately stop our alarm since it'd changed to Castle Rock Protection plus they have terrible customer support, thank heavens there have not been any break-ins within our region.
