Inadequate service/information

Because joining Quantum within the summer of I've had many concerns about my support, my program, etc. I've approached my sales person, John Long (?) but my calls, at first weren't delivered. Then later, the style mail was usually complete and that I was not able to actually keep a note.

I was never provided a or customer support info with my program. I've had icons appear about the display and never had a vital to make reference to to discover the things they intended.

I discovered, accidentally, the first-year used to donot have an alarm permit that will be needed by Corpus Christi. I completed the application, what happened?

Today I am attempting to discover agreement needs/responsibilities. I can't obtain a your hands on anybody at customer support for that figures I've or have discovered on the web.

The only real regular contact I've with Quantum is once they withhold that quantity out-of my bank acct each month. (That We was also informed from the sales person, is just a dependence on Quantum)

Simply not a vey happy camper.
