I'd bought a MetroPCS mobile phone on March, plus they advised me that I really could obtain a REFUND back easily complete the shape and send it to: Samsung / MetroPCS March Message Mania, P.O. Box 910, Bensenville, IL 60106. Should be postmarked by 5/12/10 and obtained by 5/19/10. Permit 10 months for delivery. I completed the shape and shipped it prior to the deadline about the month of March. Nowadays, is 6/25 and that I have not got something however out of this organization. No Refund!

That is 'false advertisement!'

Could somebody investiage this problem?
