Would not cancel or return money

All Star Vcation marqueting is a big time Scam.
People are rude and very unprofesionals.
Icall to make reservations to Cabo and then later to cancell and was told that there were no refunds of money only credits for the next trip reservation.

I then tried to squedule a diferent location and was told i needed to pay extra money.

No hotel names were given to me as to were i was to be staying.

This company is a Big time red light they are crooks.
