I and my family’s worst horrible nightmare experience were with Balaji Packers & Movers. I had booked my Household goods from Mumbai to Kolkata through Balaji Packers & Movers – Kharghar Navi Mumbai and the contact person was one Hanuman Singh and the Branch manager Roshan B Rajlywal. All goods were insured as per Balaji after paying extra money 3000/- apart from the transportation charges. The total transportation was 35000/- which was including loading and unloading from Door to Door. First of all after loading our goods they kept the goods in their warehouse for almost 3 days. And after continues conversation and arguments they started the transportation towards Kolkata. However, due to the negligence of the transporter my materials which includes all furnitures, electronic goods, two wheeler vehicle, house hold appliances (fridge, sewing machine and washing machine), 2 steel cupboards have been badly damaged beyond repair during transit. The transporter has done the forgery with me after taken the additional money of Rs. 8000/- by unloading the goods in some other transporter i.E. Times packers & movers godown, the transporter not even bothered to deliver the goods to my Kolkata house, which was promised earlier. We had to take local transporter to the godown to claim all the goods paying addition 7000/- transport cost and also 3500/- godown charges. Due to the transporters negligence my materials approximated Rs. 50,000/- damaged. I have complained the same to the transporter but they are not replying and yet not compensated my claim. Whenever I tried to calling all the Balaji packers & movers numbers provided and also Hanuman Singh, he switches off his cell phone and even the office started avoiding my calls saying that the concern person is not available. To me Balaji Packers & Movers khargar – Navi Mumbai are the Biggest transport thief who just lure good Customers by giving false promises. The deliver Horrible bunch of service. I request to everyone not to fall in their trap anymore. They should all be imprisoned.
