Stonewall:

Scam, Fake

Price Line is a company to avoid. Finding that they booked us int an Las Vegas Hotel directly across from a major construction project that generates noise 24/7, we tried to cancel the reservations. PL procedures for a request are designed to stonewall the customer. The "Customer Service" is bogus, to say the least. They have no intention of considering a ligitimate complaint; instead, you will be bounced around their email system. When you finally reach a person who listens to your complaint, you will again receive an email reply from "Customer Service" (perhaps coming from India) repeating the same rejection.

Price Line has quite a scam going. Don't be fooled by their "bargain prices." If you bite the bait, most likely you will be suckered into an arrangement you can't get out of. I think that this company should be investigated for fraud by the District Attorney's Office in Connecticut where they are based.
