Earrings Order Never Delivered and Refund Requests Ignored

Ordered a pair of earrings for my Mom's 80th birthday. They gave me fake shipping info. My Mom's birthday has come and gone and still no earrings, so I had to get her another gift. I have asked multiple times for them to cancel the order (which is still in Ireland) and refund my credit card. They ignore all my requests.
My daughter ordered a bracelet for my Mom at the same time I ordered the earrings. Hers arrived late and was a total piece of junk. Not at all what it looked like on the website. I have asked multiple times for their return information and they ignore that too.
Stay away from this company - they are a complete scam and all the 5 star reviews they have on their website are fake. Look around on the web and you will see that about 25% of people who buy from them have problems.
