No Title or Refund After Receiving a Cheaper Trike Scooter

I ordered and paid for an Ice Bear Cyclone 150 cc trike scooter at $3029.89. I received an Ice Bear Q6 150 cc trike scooter worth $2,000.00, which also has a defective front wheel that is too dangerous to drive. I tried to call with my complaint but got no answer or response to my messages. I filled out all the paperwork to receive a MOS and a title two months ago and still have no response.

Also, the address at 737 N. Main St., Las Vegas is false. I had it checked out. Everything by mail goes around the block to a PO Box.

They had me wire the funds to another company named Daystar Power Sports.
