Won't fix a brand new Trike Scooter 150-11 150cc

Ought a brand new trike scooter, paid wire only not credit card. Had it deliver from california to my house. Put in assemble together minor stuff, etc: tires, windshield, wheel cover and gas and change oil from package oil. Charge the battery did everything the manual told us. And the bike will not start, can't even open the seat you have to under the bike to pull the cable to open the seat. To get to the battery. I had the bike almost two weeks now still won't start. I have try several time calling scootergas motor, no one answer leave a voice mail no tech support, all i have is a sale rep claiming to be a supervisor, email jason (the sale rep) about 20 time back and forth to solve this problem refuse to fix the bike and pay out of our pocket to have someone eles to fix it for us. Do not buy anything from them. You cannot contact anyone if you have a problem. They got there money now it your problem. Their web is a fraud and the sale rep is a liar tell me no return on the bike and yet the web side www.scootergasmotor.com said return policy can turn but you paid for the shipping. Fine but i want the bike fix. I just don't understand why is that so hard to do. And yet they say is 100% customer satisfaction guaranteen where is our satisfaction. No service no call no help. I am very very dissappoint in them. Now i have attorney on them..
