This guy calls on my number asking for Steve. I am not Steve - don't even know a Steve. Tells me I have been given a grant by US government. I say that I am not even a US citizen yet... So he starts yelling at me saying I am a Pakistani and I should go back to my own country.
Rude people cannot be US government officials. DON't take them seriously. They are probably based in some poor eastern country and are trying to SCAM you. Be careful!
