They advertise free government grants. You fill out you name, address, credit card information so you can get personal government grants and there is nothing listed for personal grants. I've phoned and they can't return my fee. This is misleading information. Went on line and people have actually been charged $57 a month for nothing. I asked who else I asked if I was doing it right and the representative kept repeating what I had already done. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and she wouldn't transfer me or give me another number I could call. They are claiming to be the government and what I could gather they arenot part of the government. She gave me aq cancellation number but I have no guarantee that my card will not be charged. The 2.97 is non-refundable. That is not my major concern. I would like to know where in the government I can send this complaint to.
