Ripoff some 257$ processing for a 8000$ GOVERNMENT GRANT India

Somebody with a thick indian accent called me and I donno how they got all my details. They took me for a ride saying that they would give me at least 8000$ government grant, that the government selects certain individuals this way.

They kept saying that they are government officials and that's how they got my details, and that any telemarketers or internet company cannot do it.
I tried calling their customer service number which is either engaged or is never answered. What do I do? They have my bank account number. And they want to charge it on december 17th
