Distributing my personal information and refusing to stop!

This company is distributing all of my personal information without my permission. I did not give it to them. They are giving out my social security number, name, address, email, car info and banking information and REFUSE TO STOP!

I called Netquote and asked the customer service person (who did not identify her name) to stop selling/giving out my personal information. The customer service person refused to answer my questions telling me I had to file a police report. I then asked her to speak to a manager and she refused to do that, she said there's nothing they could do about it and that I had to call the police. Then she hung up on me.
