Ripoff of personal information

About a month ago i noticed a new video store in jefferson, tx., so i decided to stop in. After filling out a lengthy application, my membership was denied.

Now, my complaint is not the fact that I was denied membership, but that my driver's license and social security cards were copied and the clerk refused to return my personal information to me. This leads me to believe that she may possibly try to open fraudulent charge accounts using my personal information she stole from me.

In conclusion, when i demanded the copies of my personal info, she accussed me of being high on drugs and refused to turn over said copies.
