"Rip Off" "Cutomer Service Nightmare"

I have been in touch with this co called pay day laon company is a joke. When you call them you get a customer service person who asked for the last 4 digits if your social security number and you bank account. L Now keep in mind you have supplied all of this information on their website. So you are giving out your information again!
They advised you that they will have a representative call you back. It has been 6wks. To date no one from that company has called. I want to go on record that if anything happens to my personal information. I will take legal action against these people. As the customer sevice person told me. All they do is take calls and send them to the company. (call over flow center?) I have never heard of this!!!
I feel they will get your information and use it to their advantage. (against you). If this is a real company. Some one must speak out and by all means reply to your customers. Keep tabs on your personal bank account.
