Community Center? Try rip off

I went to the Community Center today with six kids. I wasn't told until after I paid that the slide was not working. After paying and after entering the pool area the kids were constantly told by the life guards... You can't swim here. Or there. I finally confronted the office and was told that the special I paid for... Paid for SIX. Only covered a few areas. One being the slide that was broken. The other being a childs pool that only goes to 4 feet. My son in 6'2.. Now mind you I called for info on this place and at NO time was I told all the rules with this special or I would have NEVER driven 40 minutes and paid 7.00 a piece for this waste of time. When I complainted they did open the diving board. Yes and every kid over the age of 5 ran to it. The office told me I should NOT complain because they did open the diving board for... Me. I did not swim. And I will NEVER go back!!! I believe I should have been refunded the whole $42.00 for the waste of time and for them being so rude to me and my children. There were also other Mom's complaining about the rip off.
