Global fitness misleading advertising and information

I signed-up in September at this gym because they had a pool. I was not interested in any other programs or equipment, just to be able to swim. I paid for 2 years. I was assured that the pool was well maintained and kept at a desirable swimming temperature.

Beginning November, the pool was very cold - at temps 76 degrees and below. A lap pool is supposed to be maintained minimally at 81 degrees. Any lower and the cold cramps your muscles. I like to swim at least 30-40 minutes and there were times I could only swim 10 minutes because I was shivering while swimming and my lips were blue. To top this off - the sauna in the ladies locker room was notworking!

I have made numerous complaints and phone calls. It is now January 21 and the pool is 76 degrees today. I was told they were working on it last week and this past Monday - but I guess that wasn't the truth.

I feel I was lied to so that they could get my money and they have not delivered on what they advertise or promised.
