UPS/Stub Hub UK - lost tickets - STUBHUB, UPS

Sale online went well. Tickets posted - all ok.
BUT, even when posting tickets correctly, carrier UPS managed to 'loose' the tickets and 6 days after they were received in their depot, they are apparently still there!
Buyer is obviously very annoyed and disappointed - S/H have given him refund - why not some replacement tickets?
UPS don't seem bothered - not impressed with either company.
