I bought tickets from stub hub in July for an October 15 football game. I called stub hub in August, September, and finally in October when I didn't receive my tickets. I was told each time not to worry that these tickets are guaranteed.

I finally called October 5th because the game is the 15th and asked where our tickets where, stubhub had to call the seller which was webtickets.com 2 times to get him to send the tickets, finally received the wrong tickets on the 10th of October.

I payed $300 for mezzanine level tickets, he decides to send lower level endzone tickets and a note that says congratulations we have upgraded your tickets (what an idiot!) obviously he has never sat in the endzone, so I call stubhub, and they tell me it is my responsibility to get these tickets back to the seller by the 14th.

I am out $300 and have to send these tickets back they will not refund my money till the seller gets the tickets.

I was a sitting duck with no tickets and no refund, and had to go through 4 shipping labels because the seller kept changing where he wanted the tickets.

If you want to buy tickets with no gurantee that you will get the right ones, and want to jump through hoops for stubhub who will straight out tell you that even though you ordered tickets 4 months in advance it is your responsibility and that the blame falls on the buyer go ahead and use them, it's nothing but a pain inthe butt
