StubHub sent me invalid tickets! - tickets

I purchased two tickets for a Louis C K show from StubHub a few weeks before the show. StubHub called me a few hours before the show began to tell me that the tickets are invalid. I got two different stories from two different representatives about why they were invalid.in the end, I had to cancel the tickets. I am waiting for my refund and expecting to get it soon.
