Super service. The team members I spoke to whilst purchasing tickets for my grandaughter, to check collection of ticket procedure, help doing the transaction and confirming all was ok were helpful, knowledgable and reassuring.
They added further details of who the tickets were for on the confirmation.
The young lady who telephoned to inform me the tickets were in and to be posted via UPS that morning, checked I would be home at the confirmed address or would I like them posting to a works address, and they would arrice before 12 the following day.
