Charged twice for one pair of hockey tickets, 112.40 pending

Two charges for one pair of hockey tickets have hit my credit card from Ticketmaster. When we contacted them, they wanted our full card number along with the order number, the game we were going to see and more. I did not feel comfortable sending a complete card number by email, and after I said so, they told me it was unnecessary. I provided everything else and attached a statement from my card that shows both payments. As of 1/28, a 112.40 charge is pending on my account, and a second charge was withdrawn on 1/29. My credit card company also told me it cannot lift the hold, because Ticketmaster must fix the problem. I first reached Ticketmaster by telephone and was told a manager would call me back, which never happened. Now I keep receiving emails that ask for identical details, and my money has been locked up since 1/28.
