Unauthorized $9 Card Charge a Month After Buying Tickets

I purchased tickets from Ticketmaster.com a month ago. Today I saw a charge on my credit card from a company called "Entertainment Rewards." I personally purchased these tickets, and I did not click on anything after my purchase. Nothing at the time of purchase said that my credit card information would be sent to a third party. I am web savvy, computer literate, and a web master. I am not a "button pusher," and I am always careful when purchasing online. I trusted Ticketmaster.com, and now I realize I should not have. I feel the $9 charge on my credit card is fraud in every sense of the word.
This is an unauthorized purchase using my credit card. I bought my tickets a month ago and I never received any type of email from Entertainment Rewards. I called the number on my credit card bill and have been on hold for 30 minutes so far. I refuse to pay these charges, and if they will not cancel this service and refund my money, I will contact the BBB and take them to court. I am also going to contact Ticketmaster.com and let them know that I will hold them liable if they continue to provide my credit card information to any other third parties without my consent.
