Credit card billed $9.00 a month after Sugarland tickets

I purchased Sugarland concert tickets through Ticketmaster.com, and the next thing I knew, the credit card I used to purchase the tickets was being charged $9.00 a month.

I called the credit card company to ask why I had a balance, because I had previously paid the card off, and they said I had 2 charges from Entertainment Rewards.

I immediately paid off the credit card and closed that account to stop further charges. I then went online to investigate and found a website and emails from others who have had the exact same thing happen to them.
