Mr. Ergen&I've been a customer for about 6 years and had NEVER had such poor service as I have had this weekend. We switched to HD service and had some yahoo from Lubbock came in and pretty much screwed up all our service. I'll let you look up the records.

We called and were told that we'd have a tech come out today (Sunday) between 12 and 5. We were there ALL day. No one showed up. We called again. The tech allegedly called in sick. Why didn't anyone call us? Talked to Michele in your customer service department who told us the tech had called in sick. But no reason for no contact with us. Then I talked to her supervisor. Apparently you're too damn good to talk to customers. She said you did "other" things for the company.

I'll tell you what, Chuck... These guys allegedly coming out tomorrow between "12 and 5" better show up or you can take your "best value" and shove it...

If you're too good to talk to customers, maybe you're too self absorbed to be in business anymore... This WILL hit the net...
