Unauthorized subscription

I had typed in the Yahoo! Search for a movie for a co-worker. A website came up and the price was an incredible deal so I ordered it. There were NO agreements for any trials, no subscription offers etc. After about 3 months I noticed TWO, not just one TWO reoccuring charges from Rebate Giant on our bank statement. When my husband called to find out what Rebate Giant was he was informed by the lady on the other end of the line that when I ordered the movie I AUTOMATICALLY agreed to a 30 day FREE trial subscription and that since I didnt call after the 30 days I had given them permission to bill me automatically. He looked at me and explained what she said and I basically told him to tell her she was full of it. I didn't agree to ANYTHING and that it was a scam. She then had the nerve to ask why we had never taken advantage of any of the the offers or "REBATES". My husband told her as nicely as he could that he didn't know we had anything to take advantage off. She then asked if we wanted to UNsubscribe. Of course. He asked how we would be compensated and she said we wouldn't be. They are a scam company and I order alot of things off of the internet and have NEVER had this happen before. You better believe that I will be more careful when and if I ever order online again.
