Rebate Giant removed money from my account for months without permission

Rebategiant started taking $9.95 from my account in April of this year... Did not realize this was going on (Without any authorization)!
We found this activity in August when they removed $ 9.95 twice and $ 18.24 once... We contacted our bank and are now pursuing legal action (if possible)
Lession... Always check your monthly statement when you recieve the document.
