I purchased helpful information from direct2drive also it wouldnt download.

I used 3 times tryin to solve the issue with 'csr' and couldnt.

They'd me performing everything from the to z and nothing worked.

They esculated it to some mature csr who'd me do exactly the same issues and

That didnt work. They dismissed me for 2 times. I returned towards the website and purchased the manual again also it saved completely.

I subsequently approached csr again plus they needed me to complete even more trobule shooting for them;. I declined plus they published on the website—

Resolved by 'csr' and shut the solution.

And indeed they charged me for that seccond manual.
