Gamefly took over Direct2Drive - Elder Scroll Oblivion (and expansions), many other games that I bought

I loved Direct2Drive, they had a great selection, good prices and great customer servies. All of that is gone now that Gamefly took over. Past purchases reamin mostly inexsesible beacuse Gamefly failed to think ahead. When you contact Gamefly with the issue they tell you to be patient, well that is funny because Direct2Drive had all the games that were purchased stored in their system but Gamefly magically needs months to get them. It is crap, I want excess to the games I paid for.
