Selling download games with key codes that do not work, sending me duplicate e-mails[7] withsame keys that do not work

Purchased download game from d2d. The key codes they sent me do not work. Sent me 8 of the same e-mails, everyone with same wrong codes. They will not correct this or refund/store credit me. This is the worst customer service i have ever seen in 20 years of gaming. The internet is flooded with complaints like mine on several sites about this rip-off company. They have twice listed my problem as 'SOLVED'. Only thing solved is that i will never use this service again. If you use this service and you have any problem, you will get screwed. You will not get any help and you will be ignored and sent worthless duplicate e-mails until you give up in disgust. They do all customer service online, no phones or faxes. Check the internet on this companys reputation before you deal with them, wish i would have.
