Never Sent Product - Took Money unknow

I recently tried to purchase the NCIS Series. They took my money from my account right away. It never came, it never came, I started inquiring - they got back to me - every time - with excuses. Back-ordered - didn't you get the notification. The warehouse messed up and didn't send it. The warehouse hasn't sent it yet. Everytime they would say that it was going to ship with 24 hours. Never has shipped - I gave them one last chance to ship it stating that I wanted shipping/tracking information within 24 hours or they can cancel the order. They stated that they could not provide that, that quickly... I told them to forget it and cancel the order - this was over a span of approx 1 month.
Then I get an email apologizing and that a refund has been issued and I would get it in 30 to 40 days... How can they take the money so quickly and take another month to get it back - if every - we'll see.
