Bill and Daphne Hamilton I am a registered singer/songwriter and Cornerstone stole 11 of my original music songs and lyrics

I am a singer / songwriter / musician. I received a contract from Cornerstone Promotions to sell some of my original songs to Nashville in Country music. The original contract was a TOTAL rip off stating that they would receive 25% of all earnings and up to as much as 100% of all royalties. I told them to rewrite the contract, as the this one was a TOTAL JOKE! After several weeks and no PRODUCTIVITY whatsoever, the "relationship" was terminated by Daphne's INTERN in an EMAIL, but I never received my orginal songs back. They are still on the laptop at Cornerstone Promotions. I am afradi that this isnt the first time that they have behaved so unprofessionally and so rediculously. I am afraid that they will seek out other artists to do the same as well.
I want my music deleted from the laptop, and if I find out that any of the songs are currently being played to ANYONE else, I will have a class action lawsuit for breach of contract and anything else that I can think of to sue them for. Their behavior was completely obsurd and I hope no other artists fall prey to their vulturistic endeavors!
