Scammed, ripped off, taken for $110 so far! Received nothing that was promised (i.E., music downloads)

I received an offer for 30 "free "music downloads. I responded via the net and was told I could have a free 7 day trial period to download a total of 30 songs. I had to provide my credit card information which I did and told if I cancelled in 7 days there'd be no charge but after the deadline i'd be billed $110 for an annual contract of 30 songs / mo. For one year.
Unfortunately, I had a computer problem and was not able to cancell until after the deadline, therefore, I received a bill from eMusic on my American Express statement for $110. (I should note that I was unable to donload even one song), and never received an answer when I tried to e-mail customer support.
I called customer service and the person I spoke to said there was nothing she could do and that I had agreed to their stipulations when I signed up, but she would have someone from their corporate office contact me both by phone and e-mail within 24-48 hours. However, this never happened. I still cannot download songs from their site and when I try the songs come out incomplete or take so long I give up. I must also note that my futile attempts are conted by eMusic as songs I downloade and subtracted from my 30 song total. I am totally frustated and angry.
