Hilltop records Stealing Personal Songs

My Mom sent in several songs to these companies who claimed to be the world's leaders in the music production industry. She worked very hard on her songs, and poetry. They asked for substantial amounts of money upfront for each song, and we were never able to contact them at the phone number or address they are supposed to be reached at.
They were supposed to provide Mom with info about her songs and poems, to let her know that they were on the market or not. They sent her a copy of 'SONGS OF PRAISE', which has two of her songs on it, but there's no addresses, phone numbers or websites to get those CDs from. She also received 'THE BEST OF HILLTOP', with one of her other songs on it. She has not received any royalties from them.
It's frustrating and hurtful and demeaning because now Mom has since passed and her hard work has not been delivered or produced. We still have the original copies of her work that we would like to get out there for people to listen to and enjoy.
