New Policy - dvd rentals

I recently tried to put three movies in my cue that were released this last Tuesday. They came up in the "Save category" with the notification that they wouldn’t be available until February 16th a month later than their release date. I called and got some obscure answer that amounted to they were trying to help their subscribers with “wait times yadah yahdah” and “it costs Netflix less.” Two of the movies I wanted to see were available to be seen on Cable and the third I rented. I would like to know if this will continue to be their policy... If so I will cancel their service.
