Blowout DVD
Samuel Peterson sold me a defective DVD

I purchased a DVD from Blowout DVD on the internet. The DVD arrived with no return address and no paperwork, such as a packing slip or invoice. The DVD turned out to be very poor quality and was obviously copied by them from another DVD/VHS/or from a TV movie.
Theye work through Paypal. I wanted to return it and reported it to Paypal. Paypal gave me them email address and I emailed them. They replied stating they will refuse to take back the DVD and that it is my equipment that makes it look of poor quality (I have 6 DVD players and the DVD was poor on all players). Their response was rude and told me that if I claim a dispute, I would be committing fraud!
I filed a claim with Paypal and my credit card company, but since I have no paperwork and this company will not give me any, and since I can not return the DVD as they refuse to accept it. I lost the claim. I am not out $19.90 plus shipping for something that is of no value.
