Color Toshi Underpaid and Overexposed

Color Parties, AKA Toshi Parties, and many other aliases, are well known in the New York area by word of mouth. What is not well known is how they treat their bartenders. I responded to an ad that stated, and I quote "Color Parties is hiring Bartenders, Servers and Masseuses! If selected as a Color Belle to work at our Color Parties, you will make between $500-2500 for each party."
I worked their "Pink" themed party this past October. The party was grossly disorganized. The Head of Security was drunk halfway through the night. Every person with a camera or cell phone was uncontrollably allowed to take pictures of the half-naked bartenders. (I was under the impression only the camera crew would be taking pictures.) I was also under the impression that only body-painted pictures of the workers would be distributed, when I stumbled upon a website containing pictures of the girls BEFORE they were painted.
