Beware, huge mark up on tickets for concerts

I recently purchased 2 x concert tickets from www.getmein.com.
I paid a total 160.25 believing I was paying a premium for front row seats.
When I actually received the tickets a few weeks prior to the concert I realised they had a face value of 29.50 each.
I contacted www.getmein.com and was sent an automated reply as to why I had been charged such an extortionate amount.
I resent my complaint asking for somebody to personally respond to my questions. Again I was sent a standard email attempting to disgard their responsibility of this matter. I was advised I had booked with a third party who had priced these tickets.
As fair as I am concerned my agreement was with www.getmein.com not this third party that was conveniently not mentioned until after I had booked and paid and then made a complaint.
As a reseller without doubt www.getmein.com are taking a commission on any tickets sold, so they are basically enabling these third parties to rip off their customers.
Their after sales care is abismal, although it is no wonder their staff cannot be bothered, they must have to deal with this complaint time and time again.
You only have to look at their FAQs to see they know very well they are ripping people off and are expecting complaints.
Whilst I understand the current reseller trade on concert tickets I do not think paying 50 over the face value for each ticket is a reasonable mark up.
You've been warned, do not book tickets with www.getmein.com unless you want too pay their ridiculous prices.
I've learnt my lesson.
Luckily we enjoyed the show anyway.
