Ripoff sell you seats at concert and never sends to you!

So i buy tickets to Roger Waters concert front row seating 45 days before show for $650. After 2 weeks of not recieving the tickets i call them and they say that they usually don't ship out tickets until 2 weeks before the concert. Well there was 3 days before concert and i started to worry so i called them and said the tickets were not available that i purchased. They said all they had left was 7th row for 25$ less per ticket. Lol. Ok. So i guess i had no choice and took them because i really wanted to see show. I will never use THEM again. So i got 7th row tickets for $600. I guess with them just because you buy tickets doesnt mean you will get them.
