Theft of money from bank account after cancellation

Ireel.com offers a trial period for 5 days for veiwing movies, the movies that are offered for free are not in my taste (1950's), If you want to watch newer movies you have to pay extra for renting. With Netflix and Blockbuster.com, who would want a service like that.
So, granted I used it once and forgot all about it (my fault). First month, I was charged and that reminded me that I used this service so I called in and cancelled they returned my money... All is well now.
Not quite, this month I was charged again. This time 34.95, and they will not refund my money and have no record of our conversation or the charges and refund from last month. I do though, I have my bank statement and it shows both the charge and the refund. Are they doing anything to help me? No, nI do have access to a fax machiene that faxes long distance. Also, I do not feel as if I should have to be subjected to all of this madness at christmas time. I am going to let them keep their 35.00 and I am repoting them here and at the BBB!
