Blockbuster is an unethical company that baited me with a free month to come back to Blockbuster and then charged my credit card for the free month. They had a record of my credit card on file from the previous year and went ahead and charged it. When I questioned them about the unauthorized use they said that they had a no refund policy and would not refund the amount as I had rented online more movies than was allowed for the free month. The free monthly payment plan was just that. I should not have been charged for what was free. If they did not want to send me the movies in the mail as they were more than I should rent they should have a) not sent them, b) sent me an email that I would have to pay for them c) notified me by phone or mail of their intent to charge me.
